Pardon the cliche, but backstage photographers at New York Fashion Week are a dime a dozen. Which is why we stick solely with the work of Joey favorite Shawn Brackbill to sate all our curiosity. Shawn—a Joey No. 2 contributor—began shooting Fashion Week for Dazed Digital several years ago and now covers the shows for Dossier and Polaroid. With a keen eye for portraiture, even when working voyeuristically, Shawn catches simple moments amid the runaround madness and shows a paparazzo’s savviness in always finding the perfect faces.
